- DRDavis RuppertApr 20, 20261.0I had a genuinely awful experience with Bryn. His attitude was shockingly arrogant and dismissive from the start, and it only got worse as the conversation went on. When I told him I had used Afrin longer than recommended, instead of offering helpful guidance, he snapped back with, “you should really read the bottle,” in a way that felt condescending and unprofessional. Then, in the same breath, he told me to take two Allegra in a day; despite the label clearly stating once every 24 hours. When I pointed out the contradiction, he casually brushed it off with, “that one’s wrong,” with zero explanation or concern. It’s one thing to be direct, but this was outright rude and dismissive. There was no effort to educate, clarify, or even show basic respect. I left the interaction feeling talked down to and questioning the reliability of the advice I was given. This was a very poor experience, and I would not trust guidance delivered in this way.
