- CWCheryl WelchJul 14, 20261.0Super fast exam. Went to pick up the glasses and couldn't see with them at all. Was frustrated and asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere. They refused! I planned my exam so I would have my glasses before going on vacation but that obviously isn't doing to happen. So im here again cause the have $500 of my money and I have no glasses. I booked another appointment for noon, but got text messages that it was at 1140, I called to confirm the time and was told they updated their system and it's at 1140 not 1200? Now im sitting here, and it's after noon and I still have not been seen. This place is a joke.

However, I was disappointed by what happened with the glasses I purchased there in January 2025. I primarily wear contact lenses, so I rarely wear glasses, but always felt the prescription on this pair seemed too strong. I assumed it was simply the difference between wearing contacts and glasses. At my appointment, they verified that my instincts were correct—the left lens had been made with a prescription that was too strong. Unfortunately, because more than 90 days had passed since the purchase, I was told the lenses could not be remade without me paying for replacements, even though the error was not mine. While I appreciate that they offered a discount on the replacement lenses, I don't believe a customer should be responsible for paying to correct their dispensing error. Overall, the quality of the eye care was excellent, but I was disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hope the office will consider making exceptions when the mistake is theirs rather than the patient's
