The staff are lovely, it’s always clean, I feel welcomed there regardless of ability, and things are always well communicated. The instructors (all of them!) seem happy to see you and try to connect with each person before class. While it is a group class so you won’t get one on one help they still do their best to provide pointers or help you fix incorrect movements. I look forward to my classes and I think that’s the best review I can give.

It’s clear she puts a ton of time and effort into planning her class flows. I consistently feel challenged, somehow manage to have fun during a crazy ab series, and always leave feeling better than I did before I walked in after a class with Maddie. She is a huge asset to the studio & I appreciate her dedication! :)
