Erin the NP is extremely knowledgeable and professional, she makes you feel so comfortable when talking about uncomfortable topics, and as far as giving tips on foods and nutrition she tops the list! Highly recommend Medi-Weightloss Mason!!!! Update… Erin is no longer there, but Jasper and Jen are just as wonderful! Honestly they have been so supportive!

I'ma 49 year old woman struggling for years as I'm headed towards menopause and have hypothyroidism which has made weight loss, and bringing my cholesterol and glucose down, very difficult. I thought I was eating well but I've learned so much from this program about nutrition, the right kinds of foods to eat, and how to find a healthy balance that can still be delicious and satisfying. It's affordable,too, especially with insurance. In 8 weeks I've lost 20 pounds, most of that as fat mass and gained muscle. And I feel better, have more energy. Highly recommend.
