I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy, and unfortunately it’s not the first time. Every visit seems worse than the one before. The staff do not take customers’ requests seriously, and they rarely explain how to use medications properly. When I ask questions, they often act like they don’t hear me, and their attitude can be very rude.
Today, my prescription refill had already been sent at 10:00 AM, but when I arrived around 1:30 PM, I was told it was not ready. When I asked when it would be ready, the employee said she didn’t know and was very unfriendly. If I hadn’t insisted and asked questions, I would have wasted even more time waiting.
Thankfully, one staff member named Ben stepped in and helped resolve the situation—he was the only helpful and professional person there today.
On a previous visit, I was given medication without proper instructions, which caused me to use it incorrectly because of their lack of guidance. This is not acceptable. I hope management improves staff training and customer service.
