- LBLOVINS RN BSNSep 19, 20265.0On Wednesday at 9am I went to the Mason location with my son who has broken every pair of glasses he had. A man named Timothy helped me get him a pair of glasses. I explained to Timothy that I was on a tight budget and pay day wasn't until Friday. He was so gracious and kind and got me out the door with new glasses in 15 minutes. I have never had such excellent customer service in my life and had to let it be known. Give that man a raise and a paid vacation, he's earned it. Thanks for your time.

- AFAmanda FisherSep 16, 20265.0I had an old pair of raybans that I love that ordered new lenses for. I quickly realized I could not switch the lenses out myself so I called Eyemart. Tim answered and said no problem so I brought them in and Sarvinoz and Paul quickly switched out the lenses. Amazing customer service and now I am happy again!
- JRjeremy reidellAug 25, 20261.0Been going here for years but won't be after today. Ive never seen these employees but the service has changed drastically. I walk in they are busy. But an employee notices me probably because I have a bad leg. They let me know they would be right with me. I go to sign in and it wants the time and i realize i dont have my phone. I have to walk out to car to get my phone and come back in to which takes me a minute because im hobbling on a broken leg but then they continue to help other people that walked in after me while im sitting here just waiting patiently. Then goes back to other customers totally avoiding me. Seems they have forgotten about me. Should probably hire better staff or maybe staff with manners and maybe slight empathy for people hobbling in to do business.
