Scheduled a flu shot. The receptionist had people fill out forms at desk instead of coming back when completed. Waited 5 min after appt time and then when I asked how long it would be she rudely told me they had sick people scheduled and they would work me in but could not tell me how long. I mentioned I had an appointment and she said she told them I was impatient. Terrible customer service and having an appointment did not matter at all.

Always available in a timely fashion if you have an appt, and even walk in have not had to wait more than 30 or 40 minutes. Same day appts. Very responsive, have taken great care of our whole family and convenient to have the pharmacy right next door. Excellent option on the weekends or when a trip to our normal PCP is not practical.

We had two great experiences so far with Mainville. The nurse practitioner has been kind and sweet to our littles. One came in with strep and the other for a virus a few weeks later.
We do really miss Milford / Mt Repose and the nurse practitioner who was there but we are happy to have same day or next day appointments and not have to wait hours at an urgent care or days / weeks to see our doctor.
While there, I did notice how rude someone was to the nurse when she was there all alone. I get when you're sick, you're in a bad mood but I wonder how many of these bad reviews are just a reflection of how the patient was treating the staff?

Had to make a visit for my 9 year old who was down with a stomach bug. Saw nurse Emily who was nice and patient. Easy online appointments, checkin and 15 mins in/out!

Once again I cluster of a visit. Waited awhile for someone to come out. Thought they may be with a patient. Turns out they must have been taking a morning breakfast order. The receptionist finally comes out looks at me and doesn't say a word. I waited a few more mins and just walked myself to the back. The nurse was at the computer. I asked her if anyone was working the front desk and she said no. She had to come out and get my appointment ready. Finally the receptionist walks back holding a Kroger bag and her iced coffee and looks at the nurse like she has two heads. I was waiting and the receptionist says you may have a seat. I said no thanks I'm fine. She said WELL you can go stand out there then. Granted I'm standing further away from them Than the first seat was. And she says well I'll have hippa things going on. I said the seats are literally closer than I am. This place is a joke. Not to mention my finger was gashed open and bandaged. I ask them if they did stitches and not once cared enough to figure the situation out. I was the for a tetanus shot and the nurse said your tetanus shot won't be good?? Hmmm 🤔
