- DHDave HondaApr 15, 20261.0My own fault my seizure medicine went into the toilet. I am frantically trying to get a refill. this was my go to pharmacy. The girl I talked on the phone was super nice, but when she started talking to the main pharmacist I heard her (the main pharmacist) in the back ground say “he hasn’t had a refill in this long, no there’s nothing we can do” and chuckled. The pill bottle held 250 or so pills so obviously I haven’t had a refill in quite a while.

Spoke to Siri, and I must say he is very unprofessional and sarcastic. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I am annoyed with how slow this pharmacy is, and their lack of customer service. I will not ever have my prescriptions sent to Kroger again.
