- RIRobert IafeliceSep 28, 20261.0Dr, Chima sold me a bill of goods! I purchased the Vizz drops because he got me excited about what they could do for my vision. Turns out I experiences dim vision (pretty scary!) for several hours, and the drops had no beneficial effects. Dim vision is a common side effect. He only suggested that I try them again. Not a chance! So, needless to say, no refund for a product with serios side effects and no benefit!

Today showed exactly how little they value their patients. My appointment was at 10:40 AM. I arrived 10 minutes late — meanwhile they’ve made me wait past my appointment time plenty of times without apology. Instead of honoring the appointment I used PTO for, they told me the doctor “went to lunch” and refused to see me. So when they run late, I’m expected to sit and deal with it. When I’m slightly late, they shut the door in my face. It’s disrespectful, hypocritical, and shows zero professionalism. I won’t waste another minute here again.
