  Chrystal at the Lyndhurst branch helped me beyond just glasses. I'm very grateful because I'm from out of state. There are very few people these days who have a " how can I help you " attitude towards their customers. Again I'm very very grateful to Chrystal!

  The doctor was competent and friendly. He chewed gum. The optician told me my benefits didn't cover lenses and quoted me $500. This was not true. After checking I found lenses were covered. The assistant didn't wipe off the various machines I had to look through. The receptionist handed me a filthy iPad covered in fingerprints and stickiness to complete enrollment papers.

  I finally decided at 60 years old to get contact lenses, From the time of the beginning of my appointment with staff and technicians, to the visit with the Dr., i had a very positive experience, They dissolved all my worries about putting them in my eyes and taking them out! The whole staff was pleasant and patient .

  Great service! My initial appointment got rescheduled because there was a conflict with my medicaid insurance but they did get it fixed before my reschedule! The front desk was so helpful, the staff for the pre exam check was wonderful to work with and speedy, eye doctor was very informative and gave very helpful information. He also was efficient and quick with what scripts I needed and explained to me why I have been having more issues with my eyes lately. Very nice and welcoming, clean office and open area and wonderful selection of frames. The process was quick and I was pleased with their help!

  Will not return here ever. Every staff member was short and gruff with us. The individual doing the first part of our screening was very blunt and I felt like I was being ordered around. The doctor rushed through the exam and did not seem interested in asking any questions about my eye health or history. I heard them say they charge a 3% fee for all credit card transactions which is ridiculous considering how expensive eyeglasses are. That’s all a cost of doing business. You shouldn’t be charging your customers more depending on the payment method they’re using. The incessant texts and emails prior to our appointment were very unnecessary too. 6 text messages and four emails before I even arrived for my appointment.
