Everyone that works here is SO nice! From check in, to your appointment and after, they are great. Super easy to schedule online. Large parking lot. They make it easy to come back every year!

The eye doctor was great, no complaints there. The young lady behind the desk was tragic. Nice person, just not good at her job or maybe new.. she hands me a tablet after calling me by my first name only. I'm thinking this is odd, I've been here before. She tells me my phone number is wrong and ask for it. I comment we've been through this before and ask did it save this time. I sit down with the tablet. It won't accept my birthday. I tell the young lady it's a problem. Still she doesn't ask for my last name. I tell her my last name. She goes oh, I got you mixed up with Hailey. I say with a smile though irritated, maybe if you use last names this wouldn't happen..... the middle aged lady takes me to the exam station. I tell her my concerns and ask so how's your day going, she totally ignores me.. customer service or lack thereof? Not sure if I'll return after I get my corrected glasses. Prescription was off. Probably belong to Hailey....we share a 1st name!

Office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Chima was kind and competent. He gave me options to make sure my preferences were heard and respected.
