It covers strength, conditioning, balance, mindful breathing, and relaxation. The instructors are great, always offering a different twist to their routines. The patrons, young and senior always have a smile because everyone is happy to be there sweating together. If you haven't tried it you should I'm sure you'll find the workout challenging and fun.
