  I liked that the testing place was a part of the consultation room. Carly was very accommodating. She told me each thing that would happen. She is always very careful getting me from place to place as I have limited mobility. After the hearing test, she showed me the results of today's test compared to my test from 4 years ago. There was very little difference between the two tests. She had me try out a hearing air. I could not tell much difference in hearing with an aid and without one, and decided not to purchase one this year. She did not put any pressure on me to change my mind, which I appreciated

  I have received great care at AudioNova. Carly has been very helpful explaining new products that will make it easier to keep my hearing aids clean.
