- MCMelissa CottrillOct 29, 20212.0I have been a patient at Dugan/Place dental since i was a teenager and now take my children as an adult. Ill start by saying Dr Dugan, Dr Place, and their Hygienists are great and offer wonderful care. Always personable and offer superior dental work..... BUT dealing with their office staff is a nightmare! The office manager is nasty and as toxic as cancer. The hygienists told me they get complaints all the time because of front office's bad attitudes. Be prepared to leave in tears or the office encounter to ruin your day. I would rather get a root canal without anesthesia than deal with those unhappy, unprofessional, scorned women again.

Never had a single tear in the 13 years we have been going. Dr Place is upbeat and fun, which makes going to the dentist pleasant. All hygienists and staff have been great too.
