I've purchased 8-10 pairs of Warby Parker glasses from online before they had local stores, the Kenwood store and now Liberty Center (which is closer to where I live). I took in a previously purchased pair that had the cushion come off one of the pads. The person helping me replaced both pads and super-cleaned them. He was also very helpful when I was looking at new frames to purchase. He was thoughtful and honest with his response while helping me vs just saying everything looked good. I have an average, oval face shape so most frames work for me. He helped me pick out my next pair in a color I'd had previously but a new frame shape. Very pleased with my purchase! I always get compliments on my Warby Parker frames, they are a good value and customer service is excellent! Now if I can just get my Labradors to stop eating the frames... LOL
