First time helped, second time I was diagnosed wrong and ended up at the dr office any way and this last time, I showed at 7 minutes until close and was told that they would not treat me. All I was looking for was a poison ivy treatment. I literally just needed a prescription. I filled out the check in profile, then the attendant came to the desk and said "we close at 5" (it was a Saturday). I said "its 7 min til 5", she said "yeah but it's basically 5, we can't admit any new patients." It was frustrating since one goes to a place like this on a Saturday afternoon because there are not other options. I respect the fact that people don't want to stay later than they are scheduled but in the health care profession, at an urgent care type clinic it just seems like things should have gone different. Thankfully the pharmacist was kind enough to talk to me any way. In the future, I'll be heading somewhere else.

Was told to return on Friday for reading of test results even though our paperwork and the nurse who read them both said Thursday was fine too (too late!). Will never be back. Just takes too long.
