My daughter has been doing strength and conditioning here for volleyball, and the progress she’s made has been incredible. Not only has she gotten stronger and faster, but she genuinely loves going! It’s been so rewarding to see her grow in both her athletic ability and confidence. Mike and Dom do a fantastic job of challenging and encouraging the athletes while making it a positive, fun experience. Highly recommend Soar Fitness to anyone looking to help their athlete improve!

What started with our children training at SOAR for sports, speed, strength, and performance has grown into something so much more. We watched our kids become stronger, faster, more confident athletes, and accomplish things they once only dreamed of. Including college sports. SOAR played such an important role in helping them reach their goals and become the best athletes they could be. Now, my husband and I are the ones who continue to benefit from SOAR. Whether it’s staying active, improving strength and mobility, working on recovery after surgeries, or simply trying to keep our bodies functioning at their best, SOAR has been there for us every step of the way. And at the heart of all of it is Mike. He is truly the best at what he does. He knows how to push you when you need to be pushed, but he also knows when to tell us to listen to our bodies and modify what we’re doing. His knowledge, experience, dedication, and genuine investment in the people he trains are what make SOAR so special.
