At Connexion Behavioral Services, we meet clients where they are — offering compassionate, trauma-informed care designed to promote lasting recovery and personal growth. Our multidisciplinary team provides three levels of care to support every stage of recovery. Level of Services Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Our most structured level of care provides a full-day program with group therapy, individual counseling, and case management support. PHP offers a safe and supportive environment for those needing daily structure while developing independence in recovery. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) A step-down level for clients ready to balance treatment with work, school, or family responsibilities. IOP includes multiple group sessions per week, individualized therapy, and intensive case management to ensure ongoing progress and stability. Outpatient Therapy Flexible, client-centered services designed to maintain recovery momentum. OP focuses on relapse prevention, goal setting, and ongoing support through individualized counseling and periodic group participation. What Sets Us Apart Trauma-Focused Treatment Our clinical team includes staff with advanced training in Trauma Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), helping clients heal from the root causes of addiction. Individualized Care & Intensive Case Management Every client receives a dedicated counselor and case manager who work together to develop personalized treatment plans, coordinate care, and remove barriers to recovery. Flexible Scheduling & Transportation We understand life’s demands. That’s why we offer flexible class times, transportation assistance, and meals during all group sessions to make participation as accessible as possible.

Instead of following the traditional soup kitchen model, we organize a community breakfast for our homeless neighbors and volunteers. This allows us to build relationships with them and work together to provide life skills, vocational training, and housing assistance. Over the past three years, we have been able to assist 16 individuals, helping them transition from homelessness to maintaining full-time employment and their own housing. Many of our past clients now volunteer with us on a weekly basis, as we continue to help others in need.

Connexion Club is an afterschool program for Lancaster High School students. They meet Monday through Thursday right after school in the library till 6:00pm. It’s place where every student matters. Here, we focus on building life skills, exploring career paths, and forming meaningful relationships. We believe that through community and connection, students’ lives can be transformed! Our goal is to help students understand how today’s choices shape tomorrow’s opportunities—while giving them a safe space to be themselves, grow in confidence, and connect with trusted adults who are invested in helping them reach their goals.

Here, we’re all about helping kids and teens grow, dream big, and believe in themselves! Through fun activities, teamwork, and our special Roundtable lessons, we build confidence, leadership, and life skills. The Mentor Academy isn’t just a group — it’s a place where learning is exciting, friendships grow, and mentors help guide each student to reach their full potential. Together, we’re shaping the future, one awesome kid at a time!

Connexion West Reentry Program is a collaborative effort bringing multiple organizations together to provide key programs and services to individuals before and after release from prison. Our goal is to reduce recidivism and help persons thrive in their life outside of prison.

VICTORY CENTER Victory Center is a non-profit organization that provides food assistance to people in need. The pantry collects food through a partnership with Mid Ohio. The food is then sorted, organized, and distributed to those in need. The pantry aims to provide nutritious food to individuals and families struggling to put food on the table. We collaborate with other community organizations to identify people in need and ensure they receive the help they require. The pantry is run by volunteers who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community. The work of a Victory Center is essential in providing basic needs to those who need it most. JUVENILE COURTS Fairfield County Juvenile Court made a commitment in 2021 to become a Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI) court. In 2022, the Court began implementation of a variety of initiatives to provide or enhance the foundation needed for the national initiative. JDAI, supported by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, is one of the nation’s most successful and widespread juvenile justice system reform initiatives. The focus of JDAI is to reduce reliance on juvenile detention where youth have often been needlessly detained with long-term negative consequences for both public safety and youth development. BOTTOMS UP DIAPER BANK Bottoms Up Diaper Bank is a non-profit organization founded in 2018 by Tim and Jo Welsh with a mission to provide clean, dry diapers to families in need in central Ohio. The organization was born out of Tim and Jo's love for each other, their faith, and their desire to make a difference in their community. Since its inception, Bottoms Up has delivered more than 3 million diapers to over 70 food pantries and childcare facilities in 16 counties in Ohio, ensuring that families have access to diapers they need to keep their children clean, dry, and healthy.
