  My grandmother was recently a resident at this facility, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The facility was clean, and the staff was wonderful. The nurses and aides genuinely cared about the residents and provided compassionate care. The management team was also great and very helpful throughout our experience. A special thank-you to Amber, who was extremely helpful, caring, and clearly dedicated to the residents. Susan was also wonderful and made the discharge process go smoothly. My only concern was with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, some of the ladies at the front desk came across as rude and were not as helpful as we would have expected. Overall, we were pleased with the quality of care my grandmother received and appreciate the staff members who went above and beyond to make sure she was cared for.

  I never heard of making appointment to see my husband in that place. I showed up and was not welcome. Then I got him out of there, they threw his medicine in a box full of cl, no instructions. I call the supervisor. I call medical society fike a complaint, I call his old MD for emergency help with 12 medicines. This is the only nursing home that had c to make appointment sio they had alot to hide

  My Dad has been at Oak Creek Terrace for rehab. He had RSV and needed to regain his strength. The facility is very clean. He has been treated with kindness. We would return there if he needed rehab or skilled nursing care.

  I was here for about 2weeks. ALLof the people I dealt with were very caring and very patient and helpful. I was kept updated by the social worker and everyone else involved in my care and progress. The physical therapists encouraged me daily with a variety of things to help me regain my strength and mobility. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because like most medical rehab centers the bedside aids and nurses were responsible for too many patients so their response time wasn’t as quick as they’d want it to be. But when they came they always greeted me with a smile and a willingness to do everything they could to help me! If I ever have to go to rehab again, this is where I will go😊.
