Club Pilates in Hudson is an absolute favorite! From the moment you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed and supported, creating an inviting, non-intimidating atmosphere for all fitness levels. The instructors are top-notch—incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough with their instructions. They offer clear cues and modifications, ensuring everyone maintains great form while staying safe and challenged. Whether you are brand new to the reformer or a seasoned pro, you’ll leave every class feeling energized, stronger, and well cared for. Highly recommend giving them a try!
I started Pilates to strengthen my legs before my first knee replacement 7 years ago. Pilates was also helpful after surgery to improve range of motion. I am now getting ready to do my other knee.
I love the instructors and the front desk staff, I always feel welcomed. If you have physical limitations the instructors are wonderful in helping you modify any of movements. I love going to Pilates!
I highly recommend this Pilates studio! The instructors are motivating, inclusive and empowering. The studio is clean and always ready to go! The staff and front desk is kind and well-informed. Adding Pilates to my daily routine has been the best thing for my health and well-being and peace of mind.

I’m only giving the studio a 2-star rating because the receptionist was nice. Otherwise, I walked into the studio and was upfront to the instructor about my visual limitations and informed her I would need assistance. I asked her if this would be a problem, and although she paused, she stated that it would not be. During this free intro class I took this evening at 7 PM, The instructor, unfortunately, spoke to me throughout the class, as if she was the teacher and I was in grade school. I felt she spoke to me in a condescending tone and instead of offering, respectful and proactive assistance, she watched me struggle with the springs and did not offer help until I said I need help. Also, during the class when it was time to put my hands in the straps, she watched me struggle again, and instead of offering proactive assistance, my sister stepped in to help me.
There’s a difference between adaptive instruction and talking down to someone. I did not attend that class at that location to be patronized! In my opinion of fitness center should be welcoming and respectful to ALL abilities. Sadly, this was not my experience. Needless to say, my sister and I will be a better experience elsewhere!
