  They have been so helpful. I have had issues with my teeth and they had treated me with respect and willing at anytime to help get them fixed. I highly recommend this entire staff.

  Have always had a good experience. They are all polite, gentle and caring of how you are doing. I find them all to explain everything well also.

  They took the time to make sure I wasn’t in pain and finished the job to great expectations and made sure that the parts al and crown were done and fitted to my natural biting position!

  I had an appointment Friday morning (6/19/26) at Spring Valley Dental for my 6 month cleaning. As usual the service was excellent. My dental hygienist Jenny is always friendly ,thorough and efficient.

  I don’t even know where to begin with this dental office. First off they rush everything EXCEPT getting you back to your appointment time. There have been a few appointments where i was scheduled a time and they didn’t call me back until AN HOUR after my appointment time, while other people that arrived after me get called back. The billing team is the worst thing i’ve ever dealt with. Had to get fillings on the 14th of january and i had forgotten that i had two insurances so they only had one down and i had a $210 copayment. I paid it and then a few days later informed them of my other insurance. They fixed it and both insurances were run, which then changed my copayment to zero. Everything was covered but when i contacted about a refund they told me that they were still waiting on payment from my insurance. I said that was fine. but then another month went by and they said THE EXACT SAME THING. Waited another month and then finally decided to call my insurance to confirm if they sent payment they said that they had and then they called the dentist for me which then THEY CONFIRMED THEY HAD RECEIVED PAYMENT. but they didn’t recieve payment for a visit i had gotten done earlier. which absolutely makes zero sense why they would withhold my money that was made for a different visit??? then also i don’t owe anything for the visit they are “waiting payment for”. It’s just a horrible mess of a dentist. Listen to bad reviews don’t go here.
