  Heather is the most thorough hygienist you could ever imagine. Also, I was definitely treated much better today at the register by the two ladies who were sympathetic and eager to help instead of the cold rude attitudes that I have experienced many times. As always, Dr Mahmoud is the best!

  We had such a great experience at Spring Valley Dental. Dr. DiTerlizzi and his staff were amazing. My child has a lot of anxiety from some really bad experiences at other dental offices, so I was honestly nervous about how this appointment would go. Everyone at Spring Valley was so patient, kind, and understanding. They took their time and really worked with my child instead of making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. As a parent, I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. Seeing my child feel safe and comfortable at the dentist was such a relief. I’m so grateful for the compassion and patience they showed us. Thank you, Dr. DiTerlizzi and everyone at Spring Valley Dental, for making this such a positive experience from start to finish. We truly appreciate you!

  Had a problem with a denture. Problem solved!!! The concern and care is outstanding. Everyone I had contact with is extremely invested in helping you and ensuring that the problem is solved, to your satisfaction. Great staff, now they are my dentist.

  First time at Spring Valley Dental. Excellent front desk staff. Dental hygienist and Dr. D were also very kind and informative. Everything regarding teeth and care was clearly explained and had time for questions. Felt very comfortable. Happy to go back!

  I’m one to avoid the dentist. I started late in life out of fear. I found one and was with him for years untill he retired. I gave the new owner a chance and it was huge mistake. I was being brainwashed to believe if I didn’t spend 50k on a full rehab to just let what I have go and get them pulled. So I lost one and a short time later had a problem with another one. They didn’t want to work on it and told me to let it get infected and have it pulled. It really messed me up. I knew I needed out of there before I lost more teeth. I got a second opinion at Spring Valley. I have never had such a great and positive experience. We all knew the rehab would be very beneficial but also realized I could never pay that. So with a positive attitude the dentist says we will fix what you have as needed. And that’s what he did. The prices were much better. The staff was amazing and the Dentist was extremely knowledgeable confident over the top making sure his work was clean and strong. I feel blessed that God pointed me to them. I only wish I would have done it sooner. I bet they could have saved that tooth. Thank you for being a caring person over profits.
