- JRJames RickmanApr 9, 20215.0Had a bit of a longer wait because 1 of the 2 nurses called off that day, but I was seen not long after my appointment time, I didn't feel rushed, and there was no issue with billing.

We got there at 8:50 and waited until 9:15 for the nurse to tell us they lost the key the day before to the refrigerator therefore could not give us the shots. She told us the pharmacy could. We stood in line for 10 minutes for them to tell us they cannot give the shot to anyone under 7, which is fine, but why the hell did the nurse tell us to get in line when I’m sure she could clearly tell my son was not 7, he’s 2. Just a big waste of time, bad communication. Perhaps someone from the prior day could have notified us in advance that they couldn’t service us. Does anyone look ahead? Plan for the next day? Lazy.
- AHAubrey HildebrandAug 14, 20182.0The "gentleman" who took my name and insurance information didn't look at me when he demanded ID and insurance card, then put his cell phone down and looked me me to ask what was wrong with me. When I went into the room he and the doctor were asking me questions from both directions. Mind you I'm here for an ear infection and cant hear! If I need to go back in the future see who is working first.
