- PBParker Brown6 days ago1.0Pulled up right behind someone at the drive through several minutes before they closed for lunch and watched them turn off the monitors right at 1, intentionally ignoring me. Why pharmacists are incapable of staggering lunches and having availability the entire day like every other profession on the planet is beyond me, but to be intentionally blown off is absolutely infuriating, disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time.

- PBPhil BlairJul 29, 20181.0Won't send faxes to my doctor. Won't send a request to my doctor for refills. They wouldn't even send me text messages to let me know my prescriptions were filled. I complained to corporate and corporate did little to nothing to help. This is by far the WORST customer experience I have had with any pharmacy. I have two prescriptions by two different pharmacies and I don't have an issue with either one of them. I get notifications, just fine, if I need a refill its not a big deal it gets done without me even knowing it needs to be done. But not with this Kroger Pharmacy. It ALWAYS seems to be a big event with getting anything done with them. I think in the near future I will be looking take my prescriptions to another pharmacy. As corporate and the store doesn't seem to care about me, as some of these medications can be life threatening. Kroger should be ashamed. But I guess its only about money to them and not people. So my suggestion to everyone is go support your local pharmacy, they typically will care about your well being than a box store ever will.
