  I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment, and I especially want to recognize Denise who was incredibly kind and generous woman who helped me. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Her patience, compassion, and willingness to help truly stood out to me. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making a difference. She is truly an asset to the office, and I would highly recommend them!

  I had an amazing experience at this location. My glasses unfortunately broke and they got me in there the same day, got me an exam and two new frames! All of the staff and doctors were kind and helpful but I want to specifically shout out Ms. Denise. She was so sweet and genuine. She helped me pick out two very cute frames, gave me her opinions, helped me get the best deals. Honestly I would go to war for Denise. 10/10 Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks again! Edit: I want to add that they were able to finish my glasses and have them ready for pickup in an hour!

  Wow… My fiancé wanted to schedule an appointment for tomorrow for an eye exam. After submitting the request Lori from EyeMart called and left a VM letting us know he submitted the wrong insurance card.. well she thought she hung up.. Turns out Lori “can’t believe” that at 25 years old he doesn’t know how to submit his insurance. She then goes on to laugh to her coworker claiming “he must be on Medicaid” and “what is he just dumb”. I’m truly shocked that this lady talks this way about patients behind their back. Well Lori, if you must know he hasn’t had insurance since 18 years old and finally got a job that offers insurance to update his vision prescription. So sorry if he sent the wrong card to you. His glasses are literally broken and 7 years old.. it’s already nerve wracking trying to book an appointment when you haven’t had care for that long and now YOU just made it worse. So for anyone who reads this don’t book an appointment here if you have Medicaid, the staff will laugh behind your back and don’t even think about making a mistake if you’re 25 years or older, Lori will snicker with her coworkers about how “dumb” you must be. Truly disgusting behavior from Lori. Grow up.

  Denise was such a delight! I came into the store as soon as it opened in a panic. I broke my glasses when I woke up and I had a lot of festivities going on this weekend. She made me feel welcomed and helped me pick out frames and we had nice conversation. She was the sweetest. Eyemart is where it’s at if you need glasses same day! I appreciate the whole staff. You guys are awesome!
