  I was in yesterday 5/12/26 and went to the Dental Clinic, for x-rays and cleaning. I had the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had. She went above and beyond, because I was having some anxiety over severe gingivitis although I am doing everything I can possible to prevent it, it just keeps getting worse unfortunately. She was saying it can be due to genetic factors. She told me a good toothpaste to use and gave me a few small tubes as well as some samples of Peroxide to help with Bacteria under the gums into the roots. She took a lot of time for me which I deeply appreciate. I wish I could remember her name. She said she was going to Oxford Dental Clinic there. I think she said Johnnie? I told her I wanted to give her a great review. I'm so sorry if I spelled it wrong. I feel she should get an espresso, lunch or a gift card because she was truly amazing. The only thing that concerned me was she was saying "here comes Dr. Emming". But he never came or would ignore or pass right by us. This happened several times. He did not have the best bedside manner when he finally did come in. I could tell she was getting anxious because she had other patients to see. All he did when he came in was open my mouth. That's it. Normally Dentist's will look into your mouth thoroughly with some metal pick. He didn't even say "hi", or introduce himself. I think I will ask for a different Dentist next time. Also I have been coming to this Dental clinic since it was a mobile van back in 2013 and no one ever told me I could come in for two cleanings a year instead of only one. Maybe it would have helped with the gingivitis. I'm not sure. But no one told me. Please thank this amazing Hygienist. My real name is Tammi Davidson. I just go by Eliana. I also have been seeing Heather Shuster for a long time and think she rocks! She is always very thorough because I have a lot of health issues right now. Thank you for your time.

  Fantastic experience with the clinical staff seeing my kiddos! They also have their own pharmacy where my kids medications were delivered same-day to our home. So nice to take a sick kid home and have meds delivered.

  I called as an established patient with a severe tooth emergency (pain, swollen gums, and facial pain) and was told I couldn't schedule a dental appointment until I schedule a doctor's appointment since I haven't seen a doctor there in a few years. I haven't had a reason? I have seen the obgyn though but that didn't matter. Since the pain is so severe, I decided to just go ahead and schedule a doctor's appointment until the receptionist told me the first available apt isn't until May. What a joke. I can't wait until I can afford an insurance other than medicaid so I can go to a facility that cares about patients more than money. Thankfully I have Care Credit and an appointment tomorrow to be seen about my issue. I feel for anyone who has issues with this place, because this is my first of several...including my last dental visit when I went in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed a tooth extraction before they could clean my teeth. I was confused because I didn't have any pain at that point. I decided to get a second opinion and the dentist I saw was just as confused as I was and said I definitely didn't need a tooth extraction. Stop taking advantage of medicaid patients. We may have the bottom of the barrel insurance, but I can assure you that we are not idiots. If you're "sorry" to hear about all of your 1 and 2 star ratings, then change!

  This places is such a joke, they make appointment and then literally 24 hours later they cancel my appointment, so I’m in the search for a new pediatrician that is currently taking new patients.

  July Tredway is an Amazing Dr. She truly cares about her patients and really listened to me.
