  I was in yesterday 5/12/26 and went to the Dental Clinic, for x-rays and cleaning. I had the best Dental Hygienist I have ever had. She went above and beyond, because I was having some anxiety over severe gingivitis although I am doing everything I can possible to prevent it, it just keeps getting worse unfortunately. She was saying it can be due to genetic factors. She told me a good toothpaste to use and gave me a few small tubes as well as some samples of Peroxide to help with Bacteria under the gums into the roots. She took a lot of time for me which I deeply appreciate. I wish I could remember her name. She said she was going to Oxford Dental Clinic there. I think she said Johnnie? I told her I wanted to give her a great review. I'm so sorry if I spelled it wrong. I feel she should get an espresso, lunch or a gift card because she was truly amazing. The only thing that concerned me was she was saying "here comes Dr. Emming". But he never came or would ignore or pass right by us. This happened several times. He did not have the best bedside manner when he finally did come in. I could tell she was getting anxious because she had other patients to see. All he did when he came in was open my mouth. That's it. Normally Dentist's will look into your mouth thoroughly with some metal pick. He didn't even say "hi", or introduce himself. I think I will ask for a different Dentist next time. Also I have been coming to this Dental clinic since it was a mobile van back in 2013 and no one ever told me I could come in for two cleanings a year instead of only one. Maybe it would have helped with the gingivitis. I'm not sure. But no one told me. Please thank this amazing Hygienist. My real name is Tammi Davidson. I just go by Eliana. I also have been seeing Heather Shuster for a long time and think she rocks! She is always very thorough because I have a lot of health issues right now. Thank you for your time.

  Trying to get your children seen by this pathetic excuse of a healthcare establishment is beyond ridiculous. Their physicians are either on vacation, understaffed, or the place as a whole are overly booked. When you call it’s to one number that books for all their locations and they try to send you to one of their buildings 30-45 minutes away from you. You would think they would send you to the one you take your children to regularly and are trying to build a rapport with. Try harder PHS. You have terrible reviews because you have terrible customer care, which should be your main concern. We will be looking for a new healthcare provider for our children.

  Everyone is beyond great! The nurse is very patient and loving. The receptionist is so helpful!! Doctor is the best

  Takes forever to get an appointment. And if no availability that week u have to keep calling til you do. You can only schedule 2 people on the phone and if there is more you have to call back. Then if its to full on the waiting list it hangs up on you. Your in the waiting room forever. I've had better doctors. They are not too bad but are not the best.
