We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

    AWFUL!!! I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this Pearle Vision location. After my experience, I requested a refund, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I still have not received it. I’ve contacted the store, corporate customer service, and even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Instead of resolving the problem, I was sent surveys and then told that because this location is franchised, it operates under its own policies. That has left me feeling like no one is willing to take responsibility. The lack of customer service, communication, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. If a company allows franchises to operate under its name, customers should still expect consistent standards and meaningful support when something goes wrong. I simply wanted a fair resolution, but months later I’m still waiting. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

    I received a text 4/24/26 asking about feedback. I cannot say anything positive regarding eyeglass delivery. -100 Optometrist visit is 50/50. Sent hubby here and his script is basura. Still haven’t received the glasses I paid for back in March. I don’t want to hear anything about boxes not being opened, prescriptions not being filled nor the office staff being too busy. (YES, all the reasons staff has given me as to why I don’t have my frames). I get that, and understand. However GET IT TOGETHER!!! I paid and never got the product I allotted cash for. Anywho. I do suggest getting your eyes checked out here, getting a paper scrip and finding a 3rd party where you can obtain actual frames in a reasonable time. I’ll post pictures of my receipt and call log just in case the manager comes and in here with foolishness.

    The staff is rude and miserable. They make you feel like you are a bother. They have no knowledge of their job and it shows. I am done going here. It’s a chore to even go in this place as the tension is palpable. They just all seem so miserable. No customer service or basic friendliness whatsoever. During my exam the Dr said one of the girls would be able to help me with what type of bifocals would be right for me. But the girls said she couldn’t help me if I didn’t know what I wanted. And she just kept huffing at me and interrupting me when I tried to explain that I needed close up vision as well as distance. But had tried bifocals in the past and kept tripping when I would take a hike. She just seemed so annoyed with me. I finally just asked if I could have the prescription and would go elsewhere for glasses and she told me I was rude.

    All of the people were very nice and helpful and patient with me since i am autistic snd i thought they were very through with my diabetic eye exam and i really like Dr.White she is very nice and takes her time with me and makes sure i am taken care of
