    The young girl at the desk who checked me in cut me off mid sentence when I had a question and when I again tried to say something she again stopped me. Not good customer service at all, she was too busy gossiping with another young employee and it was clear she just wanted to get back to her chat rather than give good customer service, definitely made me feel unseen. Other than that, everything else was fine, though I did choose to go elsewhere to order glasses.

    I have been wearing glasses since I was four years old, so I believe I would be a potential long-term customer. However—despite having been a customer of yours in the past—I was deeply disappointed during my recent visit. The woman who assisted me—a Ms. Jennifer White—treated me very poorly; she was intolerant and rude. When I asked her to please try speaking with a representative from my insurance company to clarify which plan best met my needs, she became furious. She threw the invoice at me, demanding that I pay up and leave. This forced me to walk out of the store and have my glasses made at Walmart instead, where I received excellent service and paid less than half of what she was asking for. I had intended to choose a pair of Oakley frames—priced at $400—plus the lenses, scratch-resistant coating, and Transitions feature. Even with my insurance coverage, I could easily have ended up spending $600 or more, but her attitude compelled me to take my business elsewhere. I do not know if her behavior was due to her pregnancy or if she typically treats Hispanic customers this way; regardless, I am a 61-year-old man of faith—a churchgoer, a retired Navy officer, and an honest, hardworking individual!
