  This is actually my daughters name for reference. I called and made appointment for my youngest a few months ago. Got her in and all went well. Fast forward I scheduled all 3 of kids for cleaning and all went well with scheduling again for appointments. My oldest daughter then had tooth pain prior to appointment and I was able to get her in. Finished appointment and went to see the receptionist at the desk. The young lady at the desk said “just so you know I have cancelled your cleaning appointments for your other kids because you owe a bill from 2007”. Explained how sorry I was and wanted to make it right. Asked about the price ($143) and said I have cash in hand and will make it right. She then went on to say “I don’t think so. It’s beyond that now and you cannot come back here”. This was in front of my child and everyone in the office and whoever was sitting feet away getting teeth worked on. She was super humiliating and very disrespectful. Would not let me pay my bill from 16 years ago. I explained I was in my early 20’s and I’m so so sorry. Basically said she basically said she didn’t care. I sobbed the entire way home. My mother called after I got off the phone with her and the same girl gave ALL my information including my maiden name, how much I owed etc breaking HIPPA to my mother. When my mom explained that she has been a patient as well as my oldest brother for years she then said there will be someone to replace her when she leaves!!!! So so sad and I have never felt so small and put down in my life. I am a RN and make good money and would have highly recommend this facility but since the moment I walked out in tears….. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office to my worse enemy. Never a phone call to make it right. So so sad how people treats human beings.
