  Unfortunately, my experience at Pearle Vision in Grove City was very disappointing from start to finish. The office itself did not appear very clean, and the bathroom did not have hot water, which was concerning. Their hours listed online were also incorrect, which was inconvenient and made it difficult to know when the office was actually open. When I mentioned that I wanted to take my daughter’s prescription to Walmart because it was more convenient and closer for us, the reaction I received made me feel extremely uncomfortable. You would have thought I had said something offensive simply because I chose to have her prescription filled somewhere else. I did not expect that kind of reaction from a business. I also had an uncomfortable experience during my daughter’s eye exam with Dr. Bell. My infant son was crying, and although I understand that can be distracting during an exam, I felt the situation was handled impatiently. At one point, I was told to pick him up because she couldn’t focus while he was crying. Later, as we were leaving and he began crying again, I was trying to speak with her when she put her fingers in her ears.. I found that interaction extremely dismissive. I understand that working with children isn’t always easy, but I expect a clean environment, accurate business information, professional customer service, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received those things during our visit.

  Pearle Vision was amazing. I came in today as someone who hasn’t gotten an eye exam for years and was pretty overwhelmed. Right from walking in the staff was welcoming and guided me to exactly where I needed to go. The nice woman at reception had me to my prescreen in 5 minutes then I was back to see the optometrist (Dr Kevin Cane) within 10 minutes. He was very assuring that there was no reason to be anxious and I was out in no time. Looked at their very large variety of frames and styles for women, men, and children with different colors and brands. Kay helped me pick out a pair that I looked great in and she had my glasses ordered before I knew it. Great staff and service. Highly recommend Pearle Vision in Grove City! 😊

  I had a stress-free appointment... everything was thorough and it didn't take long at all. Everything was explained to me from options and what was covered with my insurance. I highly recommend! I also wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the receptionist for being so great with my curious 4yr old grandson! He loved being her "assistant "...lol I highly recommend.
