  I went to buy contact lenses and pay for the exam; I was told they no longer accepted my plan and that I had to pay everything out of pocket. The receptionist (A*_*y) treated me with total indifference and disrespect; when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they weren't there, but later I saw them present and complicit. When I returned I noticed staff speaking about me in a derogatory way. Outraging experience: zero ethics and terrible service — I do not recommend this place. "Fui a comprar lentes de contacto y pagar el examen; me informaron que ya no aceptaban mi plan y que debía pagar todo. La recepcionista (A*_*y) me atendió con total indiferencia y falta de respeto; al pedir hablar con un supervisor me dijeron que no estaba, pero luego lo vi presente y cómplice. Al regresar noté al personal hablando de mí de forma despectiva. Experiencia indignante: cero ética y pésimo trato — no recomiendo este lugar." I am leaving a record of a very negative experience that occurred on July 1, 2026, at around 5:30 PM, during which I was attended by the person who provides services inside this establishment. Although the clinic claims to be independent, its entrance is accessed through the store’s main entry and employees from both parties interact with each other. While I stepped away briefly to ask for the time, upon returning I noticed several employees gathered and talking about me behind my back; when I entered, they immediately dispersed. The attitude of the professional who attended me and of the staff present made me feel subjected to discriminatory and humiliating treatment. I asked that you review the store’s cameras (July 1, 5:25–5:40 PM) to verify what happened. I do not recommend this place until management clarifies what occurred, takes responsibility, and implements concrete measures to prevent similar situations. The purported “independence” of the clinic does not absolve the store from ensuring the respect and safety of its customers.

  I wasn’t even a patient here but stopped in late on a Friday asking for my new sunglasses (purchased elsewhere mind you) to be adjusted as they were slipping down my nose a bit. They were extremely helpful! Adjusted my glasses and added nonslip nose pads for free. I will definitely be establishing care here for my next eye/glasses needs!

  I had just been at a medical clinic getting an MRI and I fell on my way out of the building and completely face planted and my glasses were pretty much just a hot mess. A nurse said to try eyemart Express since my doctor was in West Virginia. I got over here waited maybe 10 minutes and the young lady and I am so sorry I did not get her name but she immediately took my glasses worked her magic and fixed my glasses just to perfection. I was so scared that they were going to be ruined completely by the fall and was worried about driving home with wonky vision. So a huge shout out 1000% for the help I got not to mention the compassion. Hugs all around

  Just an amazing overall experience at the Grove City Eyemart. All three women that helped me were knowledgeable and kind. I bought 4 glasses for the same price as the one pair I purchased from another vision center. Very satisfied with Eyemart Express.
