I had been struggling with voices sounding muffled and deep, almost like I was in a tunnel, and they took the time to make adjustments and explain everything clearly. The staff made me feel comfortable and never rushed me. I highly recommend them to anyone having hearing issues or needing hearing aid adjustments! We both thank you !
