- LDLorraine D2 days ago5.0I did a free 30 minute class last Sunday and I liked it. It was fun. It was different than anything ive done. I am looking into trying to do at least four day a month, it is something that I did enjoy. I did like the instructor I forget her name, but she was great 10 to 10. My stomach still sore but that’s OK.
