After receiving texts from this office about two meds to refill and two texts from Kroger reminding me to refill those meds and that they were ready, I went to Kroger, only to find out only one was ready. My diabetes med was not ready, and I was out of that medication. The pharmacist told me they had reached out several times to get confirmation for that refill. I am on my fourth day without that medication. I really have had no problems with this office before this.
