Harold was very friendly, as well as extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He steered me toward frames that suit my face and thanks to him I found frames that I like (no easy task, I'm picky). He explained changes in the progressive lenses that I need and compared my insurance options to Lenscrafters current deals to find the best price for me. I would recommend Lenscrafters, and Harold in particular, to everyone.
