5 stars for Noah at LensCrafters! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top notch. Noah was incredibly patient while helping me navigate my insurance coverage (or lack thereof 😅) and took the time to thoroughly explain the LensCrafters Plus program. Because of his help, I was able to get the frames I fell in love with while staying within my budget, even with progressive lenses. The entire experience felt easy, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable, which is rare when shopping for glasses. Noah was knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. All around an amazing experience and truly A++ service. I’ll definitely be back soon for prescription sunglasses! 🕶️✨

Noah was awesome. Never was super pushy but gave his opinions on what I was looking at and when my original plan fell through, found me something I liked even better. As long as he’s working there I’ll be coming back.

Fabulous customer service from Noah! He greeted us right away, offered help, was very efficient while we were waiting for eye exam, explained pricing options on glasses choices, showed us many styles so we could choose the ones we liked best and then gave us premium lenses to fit our needs and offered a wonderful discount! Love the frames!!! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. Noah was extremely knowledgeable with the product and current specials, and so extremely patient with the barrage of questions we had. He assisted with the best style to suit ME and not just something that was ‘popular’; he was truly Genuine. I left feeling great with my choice and that my every vision need was met. Now if only there was a magic wand so I can have them today! :-)

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
