  Samantha is an outstanding provider. She has so much expertise in hearing aids. She is an excellent teacher in explaining to me everything I need to know about my new hearing aids. Her manner is very courteous and very pleasant. I can tell from everything she says to me regarding my new hearing aids that she is very, very knowledgeable. I can tell she loves her work because she is very enthusiastic in explaining everything about my new hearing aids to me. Patricia

  We stopped in their office unexpectedly and had a very friendly greeting. Even though we were not presently their client they treated us as one. I have fairly old hearing aids that fortunately for us they still work on. One of mine had stopped working. Samantha was behind the desk and couldn't have been more helpful. She took the time to repair my hearing aid quickly while not making us feel we were interrupting her day. She also explained we could get a free consult but didn't push it. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office.

  After a rather unsatisfactory experience with Cleveland’s largest healthcare provider which lead me to return the Phonak devices a couple years ago, I remained skeptical about giving Phonak another try. Mary Potts from AudioNova completely changed my perception. Her expertise, professionalism and superb attention to my needs far exceeded my expectations. If it were possible, I’d rate my experience well above the 5 star top rating. I recommend Mary without any reservations whatsoever.

  Very courteous Staff. The hearing test was very informative. She explained every step during the test. They even have complimentary beverages
