Mary Potts from AudioNova completely changed my perception. Her expertise, professionalism and superb attention to my needs far exceeded my expectations. If it were possible, I’d rate my experience well above the 5 star top rating. I recommend Mary without any reservations whatsoever.

She was very good about pointing out the positive and negatives regarding my audiogram. Upon returning two and one half weeks later she accepted the fact that I did not notice any appreciable difference in my hearing with the trial hearing aids and she suggested that I return in two years to be retested. In general it was a very satisfying experience.

Boy, was she ever right! I purchased new rechargeable hearing aids in March of 2023. They were a huge improvement over the previous pair that required batteries. Samantha was my audiologist, and she was excellent. She always explained everything very clearly and thoroughly, and in my follow-up appointments made whatever adjustments were necessary to make sure I was getting optimum performance.
