  Kim barely took the time to talk to me. She was as useful as Anne Frank's drum set. She gave a diagnosis from across the room in less than ten seconds and stated that my issue was rosacea caused by a food allergy. I do not eat any of the foods she stated I was having a reaction to. I told her this, and she continued as though I had remained silent. No discussion or explanation or any information was given to me. This is not a food allergy. Using the prescribed cleanser has yielded no change, and I feel that I should be refunded any charges from this visit. Her behavior was both unprofessional and lazy, and she should not be seeing any of your patients. I've previously had good experiences at your facility and have recommended numerous people to you. I will no longer be doing this, and I will probably not return either. Incredibly disappointing. There are also health records in this portal for me that are inaccurate, and should be removed. I do not see any way to update this on my end.

  I've been going to Fairlawn Dermatology for many years to both prevent and treat skin cancer. I think the entire staff does a great job in serving Fairlawn Dermatology's customers. Scheduling is easy and efficient; I feel free to ask questions; and the treatments have been effective. I particularly appreciate FD's focus on prevention. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

  I have been going to Fairlawn Dermatology over three years now. Dr. Valerie Fuller, Specialist Karin Chen and the entire staff have been friendly, cooperative and professional. Highly recommend this office . Quality treatments and quality people.
