  DR Aldrich DDS made a remark on her video that was offensive and insulting about insurance companies. She said "Insurance companies don't want to pay for anything". I am offended because my husband who is also her patient has worked 51 years in the heathcare insurance business. 35 years as a CIGNA Accountant Executive, retired from there then the last 16 years with Vantige Financial as a group salesman for 9 years and the last 7 as a Medicare Specialist. He has a call in radio show on Sundays on WNIR called Medicare Made Easy to help people thru the Medicare maze. He does not charge for his services. We are blessed as a retiree we have dental coverage through CIGNA. I'm in isolation and the last crown she installed I knew by her chairside's look and her comments it wasn't engineered properly. It fell out during my isolation! My isolation is due to high health risk and per my MD I'm not allowed in public. Today is day 94. I will never go back to her. I put my 1st husband through Ohio State Dental school and was his chairside on Saturdays. He staff is fine. Kim is a great hygienist. Della at the front desk knows her stuff. But Dr Aldrich is not very smart. I can't believe she said what she said over a $5.00. I'm betting this is not a "mandatory" charge per ADS.

  I am beginning my third year with Akron Dental Concepts; after my insurance changed and no longer covered my previous dentist. I have been very pleased with how professional and friendly the staff has been. Care for the patient is obviously their main concern and they keep up with new technologies to assure this goal is met. Appointments are timely and I have never felt like I was being influenced into a procedure that exceeded what was necessary. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist in the Akron area.
