The old lady treated me like I was a pro and I was supposed to know what was going on and she was curious about my prescription even though I go to my doctor that’s a retina specialist at Cincinnati eye Institute they gave me a subscription. I would never shop here beware she gave me a racist vibes

There were 8 people in the store. 4 of them had no masks. 2 of those 4 didn't even have a mask with them and the other 2 had them down around their neck. An old lady came in and said oops I forgot my mask. Dr Hamilton said let me see if we can find you one then disappeared and nothing came of it. Took way too long to get helped to get her glasses ordered. The doctor was strange to say the least. The woman who started my daughter's eye exam was lovely, the bright spot in the process. I won't be going back to this location.

I wear bifocals and said I have problems playing pool and asked if I could get a non bifocal prescription pair to play. He gave me a prescription for over the counter reading glasses for "billards", saved me hundreds!
