Just got off the phone with Brianna and she said they need $150 up front to move me in (non negotiable)when we're trying to get our lives together that's why I'm calling in the first place.... I personally believe this absolutely absurd and away to take advantage of recovering addicts

I was not satisfied at all with my intake experience with DeCoach. I understand that low income and free clinics tend to have less resources, but I am very concerned about the patients that are treated there. I will have access to better insurance soon. Many will not.
I was told that my intake would be in person so I went to the Fairborn location expecting to meet face to face with a provider. I was put into an exam room with a laptop and had my mental health intake over Microsoft Teams. I then had the same experience for my substance abuse evaluation, except my clinician Ashley Fisher was vaping frequently during the entire process on camera. I think it is horrifically unprofessional in any setting to do this, but I was especially disgusted that this happened during the substance abuse evaluation. I have a history of nicotine use and was experiencing emotional distress. It was very triggering. I reported this behavior and I have not heard back about any disciplinary action.
I do not feel that any of my responses to the questions asked during the intake were taken seriously. Because I wasn’t suicidal, I’m assuming that my case was made into a lower priority. I called two weeks after my initial appointment and they still had yet to match me with a provider. It was also unclear as to what level of care was recommended once they did match me with someone. I asked for details about what types of therapy were recommended, and what approaches would be taken regarding my diagnoses and they couldn’t tell me anything helpful besides “she’s licensed.”
I am seeking mental healthcare somewhere else.

Their mobile crisis is a joke! They do not care about the health of people in Montgomery County. They said they’d take my son to the hospital for evaluation. Said they’d call to update me. He didn’t even have his phone found my son wondering around Kettering at night because he was manic and had no way to call me! Don’t trust them with your loved ones.

I would give zero stars if I could, I have been denied from this place three separate times and yet they claimed to have walk-in appointments and open availability.
The process of trying to start therapy with these people have literally made my mental health worse. This will most likely be my last time seeking help because of how awful this experience has gone. The Healthcare industry does not give a shit. Especially not these people.
