- AHA HMar 18, 20261.0They advertise walk-ins, but on two separate occasions I was told to make an appointment instead. I then scheduled an appointment online, only to be told when I arrived that they couldn’t see me.
- DOD O'DonovanDec 16, 20255.0I made an appointment for a simple procedure, earwax removal. One ear was completely blocked. Maria (or Marie? Sorry if I'm getting the name wrong) was excellent, asked me the history and background of the situation and listened patiently. She then explained the procedure in detail and checked with me step by step during it to make sure all was going well. Every bit as much quality of service as you would get in a physician's office. The availability of this clinic is a godsend. I greatly appreciate this option and highly recommend them. Very convenient too.
