StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Dublin offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
Would not recommend the Columbus area (Dublin, Powell, or Gahanna) locations, which are owned and operated by the same person.
If you give your phone/email, expect endless marketing blasts, and considerable hassle to get removed from the phone list. If you go for an intro stretch, expect a high-pressure sales pitch at the end of your session. Per-service costs are unreasonable, which makes membership one of the only viable options.
Memberships are 3 month minimum commitments, and ownership is strict on terms. If you need an extension on unused credits, you are unlikely to get one. If you need to freeze your membership due to travel, surgery, etc, you have to pay a fee to freeze it: yes, you pay to NOT use your membership. The 31 day cancelation requirement catches people off guard if they forget what they signed. Historically, cancelation requests have been processed slowly (sometimes taking weeks), and come with added pressure to reduce or freeze membership instead of cancel. There is little to no compassion for extenuating life circumstances which may disrupt your ability to use the service.
Due to working conditions, staff are constantly leaving, which can heavily impact scheduling availability overall, or make it hard to stick with your preferred flexologists. The stretch service is great, but the business itself has demonstrated poor customer service practices. If you're interested in assisted stretching, there are other places that offer it.
These experiences and opinions are specific to the business operations of these locations, not StretchLab as a franchise.

A good stretch, it turns out, works wonders. I walk out feeling taller, loose, everything a little brighter. I recommend it to everyone as unless you’ve been as diligent about exercise and self-care as Bruce Lee, I guarantee you need it more than you know. If you’ve thought about joining a gym, do this first. You’ll get a lot further faster in the long run.

StretchLab Dublin has been a huge help for me. I started going to address some tightness I’d been dealing with and after every session I feel substantially better. A huge shoutout to Shayla, who is skilled, personable, and always makes sure the session is tailored to exactly what you need.

Highly recommend stretching. I use it personally to aid with mobility as I get older and find myself being more sedentary. I transitioned from being an active stay at home mom to a 40 hour a week desk job and the lack of movement affected my core.
It has also been great for my teen athlete as he went through growth spurts. Far less knee and Achilles/heel issues when stretching regularly.
Honestly, it ranks up there with getting a massage!
