I called to schedule my appointment and I guess I talked to the call center and they scheduled me for the wrong day. But they got me right in the day I was supposed to be scheduled for. They were all so kind and helpful. I mean seriously ive never met people as wonderful and kind as they were. I wont be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you ladies so much
- M2MsLuxLove 26May 25, 20261.0Let me preference this by stating this review is strictly for optician that “assisted” me at Pearle Vision, and, NOT Dr. Bell who is absolutely FABULOUS (5 star all the way). After my appointment with Dr. Bell, the optician at Pearle Vision came over to me to start the process. When we sat down, she never greeted or said a single word to me. The entire 20 minutes was the most AKWARD experience of my life. Literally sitting in silence. When the experience was over, she stated a total and ran my card. I was handed a printout and receipt. I looked over my receipt and discovered I had been charged for various items that I never stated I wanted. I will continue to see Dr. Bell, but will definitely take my eye prescription elsewhere for frames and lens.
