  This is now my third appointment here, none of which did I get in to see the Dr in a timely matter, why do you over book appointments??? Will I get a credit for my time, I get paid by the hour, just like im expected to pay for my appointment if I'm 15 min late. Appointment was at 1:50, it's 3:55 and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. Was told Dr is running behind, 2 hrs is not behind, that's incompetency all around. Do not recommend this place at all!

  Have been in waiting room for two hours still no Dad who came in for a shot. I think they lost him.

  All staff encounter professional and kind. The process is a wait due to the nature of the practice but was given notice of this so it was not a surprise. They made the process comfortable felt all questions answered. Great experience overall!

  Excellent service from time entering door by all staff. Dr. Patel is superb in his service, education, performance of procedures. It is a very positive experience. Haley is also great in her customer service providing good information and follow through I always look forward to my appointment.
