  Great care but each visit guarantees you a minimum 2 hours wait time to see the Dr for 10 mins. Ridiculous

  Terrible terrible terrible!!! We found out when we got here that we were supposed to plan to wait 2-3 hours. My husband and I both work and the office staff was condescending and rude. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE they are not concerned with patients at all.

  The clinic consistently overbooks appointments, yet only two doctors are on-site to handle the heavy patient load. When emergencies arise, patients who scheduled their visits weeks in advance are forced to wait for hours without any updates or communication from the staff. Furthermore, the facility lacks basic amenities and the medical support team is unprofessional and rude.

  I had a great experience with Dr. Parikh at Midwest Retina! I was a little worried about wait times based on other reviews, but I only waited about 20 minutes before being seen. Since I needed my eyes dilated, the total visit time of about an hour and 20 minutes was completely expected and reasonable. Dr. Parikh was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him!

  Couldn't be happier receptionist were so nice and friendly Cheryl examined my eye very though what a sweetheart. Dr lisa was great and her assistant. Every one so professional and friendly.keep up the good work.
