  I have been a loyal customer of Kroger Pharmacy on Hospital Drive for over 20 years, but after my most recent experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. During my visit, I arrived at 6:00 pm and made eye contact with pharmacy technician Lynn. Despite this, I was left standing in line for 15–20 minutes. When I finally reached the counter, I was told I had arrived after closing, which is not accurate and can be verified by store cameras. What was most upsetting is that I was never told they were closing. Instead, I was allowed to stand in line the entire time, only to be turned away. This felt intentional, humiliating and disrespectful. This is not the first issue with this employee, Lynn. I have previously brought concerns about her rude and confrontational behavior to the pharmacist. Other Google reviews have also mentioned similar experiences. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially at a pharmacy where people are often dealing with important health matters. Very disappointing experience.

  We enjoy the timeliness of their medication prep and the courteous staff. Never had a bad experience with any of the staff, all eager to help.

  I am compelled to assign a zero-star rating. I have consistently failed to receive my medication on time. There appear to be significant issues with the Kroger hospital drive-through pharmacy, as they frequently offer excuses or cease operations before lunchtime. Consequently, multiple visits are required to collect the medication.

  I wish I could leave no stars. I’ve been dealing with this pharmacy for about three months now and every single time I’ve used it. It has been a nightmare. They are rude. They don’t know their job. They called me one time to ask why one of the prescriptions had to be put back, which I told them the day before they had given me two strength of one medicine from where one had been raised so I had to give them back the smaller one and tell them to put it back. they called me the next day and asked me why they had a prescription sitting there. I mean, what is going on over there then not to mention Eric the most rude disrespectful people I have ever talked to you ask them to just get your medicines in sync and they can’t even seem to handle that transfer out. Do not use this place run as fast as you can away from the nightmare.
