  My child was seen for significant tooth pain and facial swelling. He had been up crying all night despite being on Tylenol and ibuprofen. We were told by the dentist that this pain was likely related to him outgrowing his spacer (that he has only had for 5 months). It was compared by the dentist to braces pain when they get adjusted. Having had braces myself, I never remember being in that much pain. We were prescribed antibiotics as a precaution given the swelling, with a recommendation to follow up in a week. It didn’t seem right that he had suddenly outgrown his spacer- let alone it causing this much pain and swelling. We went to get a second opinion at Jerome Dental. The dentist at Jerome showed significant concern for the swelling and pain. They asked for Little Smiles to send over the x ray from earlier. The x ray was not good enough to diagnose and had to be repeated at the second office. Imagine my child’s pain at this point. I left a voicemail with Little Smiles regarding their misdiagnosis and my disappointment, to which they told me their x ray wasn’t the best because my child was crying. It was surprising to me that a standard dentist office could achieve clearer imaging while my child was crying vs a pediatric dentist. Had they taken some accountability for their mistakes, I probably wouldn’t have made this review, but they shifted the blame to my child instead.

  This place was absolutely everything I had heard it would be. So many friends of mine who take there kids here and rave about them. They called me quickly for a referral that was placed and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr. Katie was super nice and walked my Daughter who has ASD through everything she was going to do. She handled it as well as she could and Katie and her hygienist were so good with her. 10/10 Id definitely recommend.

  This place was amazing. They took their time and came up with a plan of action. They not only explained it to me but my child as well. You can tell this place is all about the kids.

  Very good service!! Everyone is so nice at this office! I enjoy them everytime we come! Best kids dentist I been to! We travel a hour to come here!
