  Transferred from another facility when I arrived they were clueless about everything acted as if they weren’t expecting me talked a great game plan on how he phone previously before arriving just to be disappointed

  Wes is truly an asset to Woodhaven and, in my opinion, exactly the right person for the position of RA Supervisor on the men’s PHP. What makes Wes stand out is how genuinely in tune he is with the guys. He doesn’t just supervise us—he connects with us, levels with us, listens to us, and treats each client as an individual. His knowledge and experience are priceless, but what means the most is the heart and care he puts into what he does. Wes has a way of making people feel heard, respected, and valued. He knows how to meet people where they are and somehow always seems to know what someone needs to hear at the right time. For me personally, Wes has made a bigger difference than he probably realizes. If it weren’t for his support, encouragement, and the way he has genuinely cared about me as a person, I may not be where I am today. He has helped me see things differently and reminded me that I’m capable of becoming better. He has showed me how to “focus on the blessing instead of the sacrifice.” that right there was the motivation for me during my time at PHP. Wes has found his calling. His experience, compassion, understanding, and ability to connect with people make him incredibly valuable to Woodhaven and to every client he works with. I’m grateful to have had him in my corner, and I truly believe Woodhaven is better because Wes is here.

  This place is not a place that you would want to go if your planning on continuing a clean and sober life it was a nightmare the ca's and most of the staff sucks I felt like I was in jail the food is horrible and if you coming from out town and planning to go back home to continuing your recovery it's not gonna happen they will pick you up but they will not take you back because they want you to continuing at least 4 months or better there because they want your insurance money...so sad I'm surprised this place is still open so if your planning on going it will be the worst mistake in your entire life

  As I write this I find it hard to keep from crying and if you knew me you'd know thats not something that happens very often, perhaps a handful of times in my adult life. This place and the ppl who work here saved my life, and my daughter's probably. I went in on 4.2.21 after about 15 years of chaos and disappointment. Had gone the August before and stayed clean maybe 4 or 5 months til it was time to go back and do it right. They will pick you up from wherever which was big for me bc I didnt have a car and theyll give you the tools and help to get your life together if you take it as seriously as it is. I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped save me but I'll never forget their faces. Especially one Mr Tim Brown who I would give $5000 for just one more conversation with. I hope he and everyone else who was there knows how much they impacted my life and in turn the lives of my family by proxy. If you're on the fence give them a call and do what they say. They can help save you if you let them. Thank you Woodhaven and Tim! I owe yall bigger than I could ever repay

  I would not recommend Woodhaven to anyone looking for help. I have personally watched clients’ belongings be taken from their property and then later heard about their things going missing. What bothers me most is how little concern seems to be shown toward the people who are supposed to be receiving care and support. The way some staff answer the phone is also extremely rude and unprofessional. People coming here are already going through difficult situations and deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity. From what I have personally witnessed, this does not feel like an environment where clients are truly being cared for or respected. People seeking help deserve better.
