  Big shout outs to case manager Jemma !!! And Katie konrad !!! You guys are the best. Without the real case management that Jemma does idk what I would do. Thank you guys so much. ❤️❤️🌹💯 Great place , just gotta be patient but it is worth it and these people do care. And will not give up on you. Trust me .

  works if YOU do! Great staff, people who care, though not perfect much like EVERYTHING in life the tools and resources are there if the person that shows up is willing to put in the work. We aren’t perfect people none of us not the person reading this needing help, nor the person reading this trying to help someone else, nor do we need the perfect place to recover, nor will our recovery be perfect. What we must do is apply ourselves, when we do we start to realize how amazing we are as individuals, both us and everyone around us and that “perfect” is in the eye of the beholder. So I’d challenge you to find your “perfect”. Seek mercy, grace and wisdom first and the rest will follow. Thanks Katie C, Kim D, Jemma, Jamie, everyone in medical and all of you that had a hand in check-in, urinalysis, and screening as well as Mike!!! May God bless you ALL!!!

  Woodhaven has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people they serve. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating an environment where you immediately feel comfortable. Communication is excellent, and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure questions are answered and needs are met. What stands out most is the level of compassion and dedication the team shows every day. It’s clear they truly care about making a positive difference and providing the highest quality experience possible. I would highly recommend Woodhaven to anyone looking for a place that values people, delivers exceptional service, and consistently exceeds expectations. Five stars all the way!

  I was here for 3 days and it was almost worse than prison or jail. For starters the place is absolutely filthy. I will say that the staff that I encountered was pretty nice and helpful but everything else was a nightmare. The food that they give you is worse than prison or jail food and the amount that they give you is less than what elementary school kids get. They allow smoking indoors so the whole place stinks like cigarettes. Each room is basically an old hospital room that they just took some of the equipment out of but left everything else and if you don't like hospitals it is a nightmare. They truly only care about money and how much they can charge your insurance. If you truly want to get help and recover I do not recommend this place unless you absolutely have no other choice and are desperate.

  SO disgusted with this SO called Rehab! My man had NEVER been to rehab so what a horrific experience for his first time! I hope I can fit it ALL on here how TERRIBLE this facility is! When we first got there the girl and older man at the desk was arguing of him calling Angela the supervisor. Took probably a good two hours or longer to check him in. There where just him and one other man who walked out because the old man told him he had to put ALL of his money on store credit. He didn't try to get the man to stay! (SAD) They stole my mans new slides his new short all of his underwear and pants shirts and socks. When the rude short chunky guy brought him his things there where several things missing. So of COURSE he was upset and naturally had a right to be! They would not let him use the phone to call me and we live 60 miles away! They told him good luck ever getting in any where else! They told him if he didn't leave they where gonna call the police. So he left without his little bit of belongings he had left. A police officer let him can me. Thank you SIR! We called probably 10 times or more today and they just kept running us around about his belonging. So here I am to let everyone this is a TERRIBLE place if you sincerely want help. They are not the (least) professional! They have employees who will help enable you by giving you drugs! (TERRIBLE) I do NOT want your sorry for you experience please contact us cause we did SO many times! (NO HELP) Thats what you tell everyone and nothing has apparently changed or got any better at WOOD HAVEN! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
