We checked in at 2:37pm for a fly shot and given an appointment for 2:45pm at the end of the process. Being 7 minutes away, we stood there. The oh so cheerful lady never took us back, in fact, said we left. Never recognizing her own mistake or apologizing for it. She sucks. So does this clinic. -5 stars.

- RGRoxanne GrayJul 4, 20225.0A+ grade from me. Quick, friendly, thorough, easy, and on-time!!! I did make an appointment (highly recommend if you can) needed a rapid COVID test. Had my results in minutes (unfortunately positive) then gave me plenty of helpful info plus an anti-viral prescription which was ready at the pharmacy in 5 minutes. Cannot praise these healthcare workers enough for their commitment to helping others while maintaining a positive attitude.

The front desk person was very kind, and accommodating(she was in the middle of dinner I believe), and went even better with the Doctor, I believe her name was Amy Monteam. Admittedly, I was less than the ideal patient. Short window to be seen. Usually I have to narrate my history to the Med Professional and they weigh out if I’m being truthful(as they must with any patient-I get it), but this time with this doctor, it was truly a rare experience. Wish I could do more to praise her. Very kind, informative, helped me look to future options.. and the ease that she put me in was something I felt compelled to share. Thank you Dr Amy Montean(sp?). I hope the mngr Jen Conklin(CNP) is able to see this. Will definitely be back. Better and more accommodating than my Primary care doc
