I have been going here for about six months. After having my foot crushed by a forklift and massive nerve and other trauma it was mainly good. However, today left a bad taste. I was told norco was not in my urine from last month even though I take it as prescribed, though i will go a day or two without taking it if my crps flares up then i switch to gabapentin for nerves because i just won’t mix them! So after being talked down to by the practitioner i left just for them to call and ask me to bring in the bottle so they could be counted! Now mind you im 40 minute away. Why not request that before hand? And why no urine test today? I would rather deal with the pain than the judgment! I will say Dr Syllaba is a great human being though!

I have been a patient since 2012. The wait is short and they have always treated me with the utmost respect, supportive care and understanding.

Although Dr. Very professional, there was major confusing when prescribing Pain patch originally was on five MG’s called and also went in for an appointment telling them this did not help my pain. I was then told they would increase it after I continued the 5 mg for two more weeks . I was told by the nurse that they would increase it to seven, I do meds by mail so it originally takes a week or so to receive my medication. Nurse submitted the wrong prescription as Champ VA Notified me that this prescription should have been generic, resulting in no medication for a week. When I called the nurse told me I would have to start all over with The first prescription which did not affect my pain at all that would have been another month of living in pain. I have scoliosis and degenerated disc. I was told I could receive a brace after repeated calls, and actually going into the office, no calls and no response. I am now going back to my primary doctor Would not recommend this facility to anyone

Horrible place , can’t even call and get ahold of these people!! I’m 26 and have a tremendous amount of health issues , and one of the drs kept mentioning my age saying I’m too young to have health issues. I had a recent hernia repair surgery and I told her that and she acted like she didn’t believe me after I told her they did indeed give me pain medicine because I was miserable . She made me sign a release of information paper to my surgeon and my neurologist. So rude !! One Dr before this one gave me pain patches and then after the 4 weeks I had to go back and then all that happened and she cut me off cold turkey (bc I’m too young to have health issues) . That’s okay because I now go to the pain specialist on woodman Dr , they are amazing , anybody in need of a great pain specialist look into getting an appointment there !
