NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH!!! Booked an appointment online and was planning to take my father in to get seen and "Veronica" from the Miamisburg, OH store location called a day before to get a bunch of information about my father. I informed her it wasn't a good time and we would come in early and she got rude and snappy and said she needed the info NOW! So, I cancelled the appointment and she said fine and hung up on me. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESs WITH!!!

I’ve been seeing Jamie for many years. She’s been so helpful with my hearing needs. Her kindness and caring is top notch. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

Looking for someone who will make you feel like you are part of the family while you are shopping for hearing aids; then go see Jaime Rice at Miracle-Ear in Miamisburg. No one cares more about her customers. You will hear better and you will always have a friend who truly cares that you are satisfied.

I receive great care here at every visit, and we like our hearing aids. My wife and I have been coming here since 2019, and Jamie takes good care of us.
