  Their computer said that my order was paid online. Then they told me that it wasn't. But they reassured me that if I was charged twice they would refund my money. Do you know what would happen to me if I double charge my customers? Ridiculous couldn't even tell me when I ordered my prescriptions disgrace

  This is the first review I have ever written. This is the worst Kroger pharmacy in America . I’ve been to multiple Kroger pharmacies and have had 0 issues until I went to this one !! They can’t even text you telling you that your prescription has been received or is ready. EVERY other Kroger pharmacy I have been to alerts you about your prescription. Then when you try to call in and ask if your prescription is ready they love to give you the run around or have the AI answer the phone . Terrible service wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this pharmacy truly a waste of time .

  It's a pharmacy that is always busy has a line and the staff they move at a turtles pace. They may not even have what you need and make you wait a day or 2. Definitely not like any other pharmacy slow and more slow.

  Pharmacy very unorganized 9 out of 10 times I'm told come back 3 hrs. & even then half of the Rx are not ready or told they will need to another Kroger Pharmacy. After 4 yrs of this we are Looking for somewhere else at this time

  I hardly ever write bad reviews (check out my reviews) and always give the benefit of the doubt bc I'm chill and I understand stuff happens but I have been here for yearssss. Even since the new woodman opened. This is by far the worst damn pharmacy and staff in Dayton!! ever!!! They never get meds right, never on time, they even pull them off the being filled list, they do not check messages and have even miscounted pills! I have went through 4 times today! 4!!!! Being told different things and different times. Don't forget how they always randomly close the drive thru!!!!!! I'm over it, we will all be changing to cvs after I sit here waiting for the 5th time today. Pay attention to why they have literally 2 stars!!!! Take ur meds elsewhere guys.
