  Pharmacist lied and said the doctor never called them to okay the prescription being filled. I called my doctor back and they was astonished that a pharmacist would say that. So my doctor called them back and they ignored my phone call, my doctor's, and even the other pharmacy who was trying to get them to just transfer to them instead because they was going to fill it without issues. But the head pharmacist she has it put for people who get prescribed anything that can judge you as an addict. Even if it an elderly lady on lyrica nerve medicine they will in fact treat you like a junky drug addict despite never doing a drug in your life. This is beyond worst pharmacy ever. They lie a lot, violate HIPPA by shouting your prescription details out to everyone in line, and they always have an angry attitude bi genuinely feel bad for the head pharmacist having such an issue with addiction to the point they treat elderly people with fibromyalgia as an addict as well. SMH

  Their computer said that my order was paid online. Then they told me that it wasn't. But they reassured me that if I was charged twice they would refund my money. Do you know what would happen to me if I double charge my customers? Ridiculous couldn't even tell me when I ordered my prescriptions disgrace

  This is the first review I have ever written. This is the worst Kroger pharmacy in America . I’ve been to multiple Kroger pharmacies and have had 0 issues until I went to this one !! They can’t even text you telling you that your prescription has been received or is ready. EVERY other Kroger pharmacy I have been to alerts you about your prescription. Then when you try to call in and ask if your prescription is ready they love to give you the run around or have the AI answer the phone . Terrible service wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this pharmacy truly a waste of time .

  It's a pharmacy that is always busy has a line and the staff they move at a turtles pace. They may not even have what you need and make you wait a day or 2. Definitely not like any other pharmacy slow and more slow.

  They have been very kind and understanding - No Drive Thru currently!!!! Don't let the ER send you here if you need it
