  My seven year old went for her first eye exam and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was patient and kind, very good with kids!

  My visit from start to finish was extremely poor. I don’t write many reviews so I share this in good faith that improvement can be made for the care of others. First, I missed my confirmation call for my appointment, returned the call with no answer, and then was texted that they were going to give my appointment away. This is upsetting when you rely heavily on contacts/glasses to see and work! Next, the retinal photo was done without any care and charged the same. My symptoms required a good image but I was blinking and the doctor tried to convince me that it was good enough for her to understand the health of my retina. At the very least, this group should refund my retinal image charge since it did not provide appropriate screening. The doctor also did not seem to listen to my symptoms- stating if I ever experienced them to seek care. I had to mention again that I was seeking care for those exact symptoms- later she did not recall which eye. And finally the check out experience was terrible with no discounts that are readily available online for my lenses offered. Very disappointed overall and will be getting care elsewhere.
