  I was very disappointed with my experience at this practice. I felt pressured to purchase expensive prescriptions through their own affiliated pharmacy rather than being given the option to use my local pharmacy or my insurance benefits. The medications recommended seemed costly, and I did not feel I received a clear explanation as to why they were necessary or why they couldn't be filled elsewhere. As a patient, I believe people should be given transparent information about their treatment options, prescription costs, and the freedom to choose where their prescriptions are filled whenever possible. My experience left me feeling that financial interests were being prioritized over patient choice. I encourage anyone considering this practice to ask detailed questions about the necessity of recommended medications, whether lower-cost alternatives exist, and whether prescriptions can be sent to a pharmacy of their choice before agreeing to treatment.

  It took them 45 minutes after my husband's appointment to get to him. They specifically say you have to be 15 minutes early but leave you wait well past the appointment. Why do we need to be early if you're going to be nearly an hour late.

  I have been going here since last year. Dr. Persky is absolutely amazing and very caring. I recently had a bunionectomy with realignment of the big toe and all of his staff is amazing and even having a 24/7 text line for his nurse makes me feel so much better as I have needed to contact his nurse quite a few times and she always texts me back pretty quickly. Hes also done both ingrown toenails on my big toes and they healed up great! Definitely recommend this place! I have had bad experiences in the past with my left foot bunionectomy at another place many years ago and although being older this time around is rougher but they make sure im taken care of and not in any severe pain throughout this process which has been relieving. I dont have as bad swelling or bruising like I did my left foot and his nurse checks in on me especially the first week to make sure everything is ok. If your looking for a good caring foot doctor and staff, who uses advanced techniques and knows what they are doing, definitely go here!
